Our Teachers our teacher has a soul have the fragrance of yoga and they have been teaching from their childhood. Their understanding is deeper and aims to let all students return to their original nature and spread the yoga journey all over the world and let everyone find spiritual happiness.
She started yoga at a very young age. As a practitioner, she practised various styles of yoga. In the process of learning yoga, she has been seeking more yoga knowledge. She learned how to heal people through yoga therapy in South India (Svyasa), where she found that yoga surpassed everyone’s perception of it. She also obtained a master’s degree in yoga therapist and became a yoga psychotherapist. . She liked to study the human body and diseases when she was very young. After so many years, she finally found a traditional home remedy that can completely cure any disease, whether it is chronic or acute. Her goal is to share her knowledge and experience with people suffering from illness and mental burden
Yoga Asana Teacher
I fell in love with yoga under the influence of the spiritual energy of the homeland yoga sacred place and followed the yoga masters in yoga schools to learn the classics of yoga, especially hatha yoga, Ashtanga yoga, and flow yoga. She started teaching yoga in 2014 and came to China in 2017 to start workshops and teacher training courses. She has taught in different cities in China (Urumqi, Guangyuan, and Chengdu). Now she is very happy to join DS Yoga and spread the real traditional yoga all over the world so that everyone’s life will be healthy and strong. I wish to make yoga a lifelong practice, and I want to share all the gains from yoga with you.
She has a solid foundation in traditional Indian yoga and was inspired by Hatha & Ashtanga yoga. She thinks yoga-like dance you need to connect every movement of your body to your breath. so breath is the key to develop your inner energy through pranayama (yogic breathing practice). She has an innate love for yoga and hopes to share with you her yoga experience around the world and enjoy yoga with you!
